More experienced solicitors will have already built up a client base and these clients will either come back again in the future or recommend them to friends and family.  This means that they will likely have a steady supply of business coming their way already, which in turn means they no longer need to offer cheap conveyancing services.

It’s all a matter of supply and demand. A less experienced solicitor will not have an established clientele base so they will need to lower their charges to attract business.
